This Pass is redeemable for a maximum of one touchless or soft touch Ultimate car wash service per calendar day, during the activation period, at participating Shell car wash locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. Lost or stolen Passes will not be replaced. This pass is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. In most car washes, you will have to drive forward until the vehicle’s tires are aligned with a track system or a conveyor belt which will guide your car through the wash.
